We are getting close to J-Popcon 2010, and that means we will soon open for signup.
It is still to early for us to say precisely when the signup will open, but here are some things to keep in mind when you signup:
J-Popcon 2010 will NOT offer sleeping arrangements at the convention, our guests has to book a hotel room themselves or sleep with friends or family.
There is a hotel in DGI-Byen and more in the area, but they are more or less getting filled up with people in the weekend in question, so you have to hurry and secure a room.
Another thing is that when the signup opens, so will the signup for several of our competitions also open, note that the signup for the competitions will happen through our selfservice system which you will get access to as soon as signuo opens up.
In many of theses competitions there are deadlines which you have to meet, in most cases the selfservice system will automatically close signup for a competition if the deadline has passed, however should that not be the case, we reserve the right to disqualify any entrants which are made after the passed deadline.
When the signup opens up, we will also post a detailed description on how to use the signup and selfservice system.
