How many years have you been cosplaying?
Since 1997. I made my first Xwing Pilot then.
What is cosplay to you and how did you get started?
For me cosplay is form of materializing my imagination. A special kind of freedom and the joy of creation. My first cosplay was an X-Wing Pilot and still one of my dearest. ( Yes, i am a Star Wars fan J ) That suit served me and my flight team well until 2008..then i remade it.
What is you most memorable cosplay experience?
I love all the moments i am cosplaying, but there are a few moments that i really adore, like the one when i was mistaken for a Ghostbuster while i wore my Xwing suit, but the best was when i was in a photoshoot, rode around on horseback while the camera crew worked. A small kid come up , stood next to the horse and said that i, Geralt of Rivia is his own personal hero and i have to love Yennefer because she is the right woman for me. It was really sweet.
Have you been in Denmark/at J-Popcon before, and what are you looking forward to the most?
I never visited Denmark, but it is on my list for a while..especially after i’ve met some extraordinary cosplayers from Denmark!
