Manga Cafés (called 'mangakissa' in Japan) are places where you can relax and read manga.
All of the Mangas in the J-Popcon manga lounge library were donated by J-Popcon partners, organisers, and participants through the conventions history.
It is possible to donate manga to the lounge by handing them in at the reception during the convention.
