Wednesday night at 18:30 we visit Chassis Arcade, Faksegade 19, 2100 Copenhagen, playing in a 'Astra Superstars' fighting game tournament.
The Sega Saturn game plays on an old-school CRT television, with sponsored retro merchandice prizes from Capcom, Nintendo, a Turok t-shirt and over 20 years old Sega Game Gear games.
'Astra Superstars'(1998) is a fun Japanese 'floating' fighting game where you can fly above and below the opponent, and it looks pretty great for it's age.
Chassis Arcade is filled with arcade machines - so remember to bring two-kroner coins, if you want to play the classic games.
Admission is free, but remember that many people visits on Wednesday night. We arrive early at 15:00 to play retrogames, while we argue how much better the games were in the old days...
